Title: Business Analyst/Data Analyst


Location: Remote Must be within driving distance to Sacramento, CA. Candidate may be required to go on site periodically

Duration: 2-year contract opportunity.

Must Haves (no exceptions):

• 5+ years of experience providing project, technical, or functional management support on a large-scale government IT project.
• 5+ years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including identifying, evaluating, and recommending business and technical requirements for the design and development of systems and networks.
• 5+ years of experience performing requirements analysis and reviewing design documentation.
• 5+ years of experience with system change management processes.
• 3+ years of experience performing data analysis and reporting, including analyzing data to support business and technical decisions.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business workflows.
• Strong understanding of As-Is and To-Be business process analysis.
• Experience with business process reengineering (BPR) and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting the implementation of new HR and/or Payroll systems.
