Job Summary
Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Location: Not Specified. This 13-week contract position involves providing specialized care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring within a healthcare facility. The role demands a compassionate and detail-oriented professional skilled in managing adult patients with cardiac or other monitoring needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: CONTRACT - RN - TELE 7S (624) 13 WEEKS 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, taking 6:1 assignments possibly 5:1, no on-call required, experience in Telemetry/MS.
• Unit Information: The unit has 34 beds, staffed with 1 charge nurse, 6 nurses, 3 patient care technicians during the day shift, and 1 unit clerk; night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6 nurses, and 2 patient care technicians. The patient ratio is 1:6, equipped with Welch Allyn Vital Signs, GE Telemetry Monitoring, MediTech Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units, and familiarity with adult patient care are required.
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Responsibilities: Utilize telemetry equipment, follow unit policies, and procedures, and deliver quality patient care. Candidates must be outgoing and team-oriented to fit well within the unit culture.
